As a user I can make references to other steps in a step

As a user I can make references to other steps in a step.
For instance, the user can make a reference in one step to the result of another. Currently the reference can be done by the step number, but if the step order changes the reference becomes wrong. So it would be nice to have a feature that allows to reference a step in such a way that if it changes position the reference is always correct.
