Description

A JIRA gadget should be created for providing the History requirement coverage project tab view.

The gadget must contain a vertical stacked bar chart similar to the one in the historic requirement coverage project tab grouped by requirement issue priority.

It can be configured with 2 options: Absolute or normalized values.

The gadget must also contain filters for Project, Fix version, Start Date and End Date.
