As a user, the Xray issue picker dialog layout should provide configurable columns.

ACs:

• the user shall be able to choose any custom field associated with the target issue
• the user can change the order of the columns by dragging them
• the user can sort columns in ascending/descending order by clicking on the title of the column
• when associating the selected issues, the sort order should be kept
