As a user, I can see only the relevant Test Runs on the Traceability Report

As a user, I can see only the relevant Test Runs on the Traceability Report, so that I can understand the calculated status for the Test and implicitly the calculated status for the related requirement.

Note: relevant Test Runs are only the ones that are considered for the calculation of the status of the Test on the given context (i.e. version/test plan), such as, for example, the "latest" ones (by execution or created date) in all the different environments for the selected version.

This should take into account all setting that might affect the calculation, such as the "Final status precedence" one.
