Error creating tests from a requirement when that requirement has fixVersions with double quotes

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new version: Version "3.2.0" Xray;
2. Create a new requirement;
3. From that requirement create a new Test.

Expected Result:
The issue creation dialog should open.

Actual Result:
The dialog gets stuck on load with a js error:
