As a user, I can see the complete repository flattened in the root folder of the Test Plan's Board

Currently, in the Test Repository, when the root folder is selected a message is displayed in the Tests area of the screen indicating that no tests can be added to the root folder.

When the Flatten 'mode' is selected, we will display a view of the the complete repository flattened.

If the "Flatten mode" is unselected, the typical empty placeholder will be shown.
