As system, a message shall be presented before generating the built-in reports:

• Overall Requirement Coverage
• Historical Daily Requirement Coverage
• Traceability
• Test Executions List
• Test Plans List
• Test Runs List

ACs:

• the user is presented with a placeholder message upon entering any of the following reports, asking the user to generate the report (no matter how the report is accessed, including from the JIRA reports page, the Xray reports shortcut in the Tests menu and in the project tab, and also whenever using the report dropdown picker inside a specific report)
• the filter shall be persisted as is, in the user preferences
