As a user, I can see the summary of the Test Execution and of the Test Plan on the execution screen details page of a Test Run

Users should be able to see the summary of the Test Execution and Test Plan on the execution screen of a Test Run.

ACs:

• A new informative icon should be displayed right after the Test Execution/Test Plan issue key
• When hovering the icon, the user should see a popup dialog displaying the issue summary. 
• The popup dialog text should stand out (with a bigger font and bigger popup) from the rest hovering labels. Users should be able to read the text easily. 
• Test Plan issue icon only appears when the Test Execution is associated with a Test Plan
