unable to see details of automated test results for Test Executions in a status not allowed to run

Unable to see details of automated test results for Test Executions in a status not allowed to run.

How to reproduce:

• create a Test Execution with a manual Test
• submit test results using REST API and the Xray JSON format
• change the workflow status of the Test Execution to a status that is not allowed to execute tests
• go into the Tests section in the Test Execution and the button for seeing the details of execution does not appear
