    Description

      As a user, when I create a Test Plan from the Test Repository to other project, the Test Plan is created correctly but without Tests.

      Steps to reproduce this bug

      1. Go to Test Repository
      2. Select some tests and do "Create Test Plan"
      3. Select other project to create the Test Plan
