As a user, I can include a JIRA gadget for viewing the test execution status

A JIRA gadget should be created for providing the Test Executions project tab view. This makes viewing the test executions statuses more versatile.

The gadget must contain a table where all test executions are shown with their respective status bar based in the test run for each test of the test execution. The table should be paginated.

The gadget data source must be based in a previously saved filter.

The test execution detail fields and the number of #Defects are not necessary.
