The "Global Preferences" labels of Xray sidenav and title are different

As you can see in the picture the label in sidenav is "Global Preferences" and in the title is Global Settings. It's to put "Global Preferences" at the title.
Also, the text under the Title should be updated for consistency.
Finally, on the plugin documentation, the text should also be updated for consistency.

This should be changed to "Miscellaneous"
