As system, Xray must expose to Xporter the Test Runs of a Test in the context of a Test Plan

As System, Xray must expose to Xporter the Test Runs of a Test in the context of a Test Plan - meaning, the test runs of that Test which also belong to Test Executions of that Test Plan. 

E.g. Similar to the information displayed in the Test Plan tests table:

• it should be possible to export the Test Runs that "belong" to a Test Plan (i.e. that belong to Test Executions linked to that Test Plan) to Xporter
