Test plan board sorting must be optimized

Test plan board sorting must be optimized:

In the Test Plan issue view page, the test table is sorted by the order of the tests in the Test Plan Board, if active.

This sorting operation is currently loading the complete board (folders and tests). If the board contains too many folders, the issue view page will not be able to load due to this issue
