width of saved filter selection in reports is too short

Whenever using a saved filter in a Report, the Saved Filter input is too short making it impossible to see the full name of the filter, even when on mouse-over.

We should have something like this (around 500px wide):

Note: this happens and should be fixed in all the reports.
