As a user, I can include a JIRA gadget for viewing the test sets status

A JIRA gadget should be created for providing the Test Sets project tab view. This makes viewing the test sets status more versatile.

The gadget must contain a table where all test sets are shown with their respective status bar based in the last test runs for each test of the test set. The table should be paginated.

The gadget data source must be based in a previously saved filter.

The test set description and the number of tests are not necessary.
