As a user, I can see and manage the Test Repository of some project within a structure

As a user, I can see and manage the Test Repository of some project within a structure. 

ACs: 
 * it should be possible to select the project in order to pick the corresponding Test Repository 
 * Tests added to the Test Repository in Structure will be added to the corresponding Test Repository 
 *  folders added/removed/renamed in Structure will be affected accordingly in the corresponding Test Repository 
 * the same limitations apply whenever managing a Test Repository from within Structure (e.g. a Test can only be part of a folder; there can't be folders with similar names at the same level; no Tests can be added to the root folder)
