Description

It is possible to add Tests and Test Executions to a Test Plan that is no longer editable.
In the Test Plan it is not possible because the buttons are not shown, but it can be done in the Test or Test Execution issue. And this should not be allowed also, since it is not possible to do it directly in the Test Plan.
