As an user when I create a Sub Test Execution I can also create a Test that gets associated with the Sub Test execution and the parent Requirement

As an user when I create a Sub Test Execution I can also create a Test that gets automatically associated with the Sub Test execution and with the parent requirement issue.
It is possible to do this but it requires additional steps and it would be very helpful to simplify the process.
