Using the JQL function testExecutionTests(), if we have an issue and saved filter with the same ID, it's not possible to use the Filter ID

Using the JQL function testExecutionTests(), as on the first parameter it's possible to pass an Issue Key or Filter ID, in case we have an issue with the same ID as the filter, it will be used firstly the Issue ID and an can be displayed an error message or unwanted results.
