As an User when using invalid dates in the Historical Requirement I get detailed error message

As an User when using invalid dates in the Historical Requirement Report I get a more detailed error message.
Current message is "Invalid date period for the daily history chart." which could lead to some confusion on some users.
Something more precise like "No data available after date 9999-99-99. Please choose an earlier date in the To option" (and the same for the From date).
