When importing Test Cases using the Test Case Import the Priority is set as Medium

When importing Test Cases using the Test Case Import the Priority is set as Medium.
If it has permissions, it will add the Medium Priority which should not be done.
If does not have permissions it aborts with the error "Priority [ Medium ] is not in the project [ ????? ] Priority Schema".
The Test Case Import should not force a Priority when importing Test Cases.
