In the hierarchical view of the historical/overall coverage gadgets, the project cannot be left as "ALL"

At this moment, the 'ALL' option in the project filter does not provide a benefit worthwhile maintaining and shall therefore be removed. This will force the user to always select a project which fixes/circumvents the problem found during testing.
