When the requirement issue is a sub task issue, the Create new Sub Test Execution button should not be available

In Jira it is not possible to create sub tasks of sub tasks and currently Atlassian has no plans to make it possible, check JRASERVER-4446.

If the requirement issue is a sub task, the Create new Sub Test Execution button should not be available.
