Tracebility Report Quick Filters don't match the displayed entries

The easier way to replicate this bug is by performing the XTP-1982 Test Steps.
Then, navigate to the Tracebility Report, set the Requirement Presentation as Flat, clear all filters, set the Scope as follows, and Generate Report:

• Version
• Fix Version: None (latest execution)
• Environment: All Environments

When the results are first returned, the Quick Filters will match the displayed results.
OK (1); NOK (0); UNKNOWN (0); NOTRUN (1); UNCOVERED (1)
Refresh the browser page and click Generate Report again, and the quick filters will stay correct.

Now, set the Scope as follows, and Generate Report:

• Test Plan
• Test Plan: TP1
• Environment: All Environments

When the results are first returned, the Quick Filters will match the displayed results.
OK (1); NOK (0); UNKNOWN (0); NOTRUN (1); UNCOVERED (1)
Refresh the browser page and click Generate Report again, and the quick filters will now display:
OK (0); NOK (0); UNKNOWN (0); NOTRUN (0); UNCOVERED (3)
