As an User I get an explicit error message when there are two licenses installed and Xray license is invalid

As an User I get an explicit error message when there are two licenses installed and Xray license is invalid.

The error message currently shown, just tells that the license is invalid, but does not point out that the problem is that the Xray license is invalid but the Atlassian license is valid.
Additionally indicate that Xray license can be removed so that it validates the Atlassian license.
