Xray is always triggering a recalculation when Workflow status of test is changed

Xray should only recalculate if one of this 2 conditions is verified:

1. Wkf status has changed and the old status was not in ignored test status list and new status is
2. Wkf status has changed and the old status was in ignored test status list and new status is not
