As a user, I'm able to use the Overall Requirements Coverage Gadget cross project

Xray must provide the ability for users to use this gadget cross project. 

ACs:

• The saved filter, can contain issues from multiple projects.
• The project select field must only be used for selecting a version for the analysis scope. 
• The fields should be displayed as follows:
  • Project Or Saved Filter
  • Group By
  • Analysis Scope
    • Scope (Latest | Version | Test Plan)
    • Analysis Version (enabled if Version scope is selected)
    • Test Plan key (enabled if Test Plan scope is selected)
• Refresh Interval
