Description

When HP QC tests are imported, Xray is logging messages for all the tests that are imported and also the tests that are NOT imported.

In some situations, it may not be clear to the user why a given test is not being imported. To improve troubleshooting, Xray shall also log the reason(s) why a test is not imported.
