The steps of Test Cases imported from HP ALM are shown as html source code in Jira 8.0.

Steps to reproduce:

Install a Jira 8.0.x.
Import the Test Cases from and HP ALM server, the Tests must have steps.
After import, check the steps, they are shown with html tags when they should be shown as plain text.
