    Description

      As an Admin I can fix problems in the Preconditions related to Test Runs.

      Scenario:

      1. When a precondition that is already used in a Test Run, is delete with Xray disabled the data gets inconsistent.
      2. When opening the Test Run it returns an error and does not show the Test Run display.

      For this it would be necessary to have an Integrity Check to fix these cases.
