New executions cannot be created, if using a priority that doesn't belongs to the the Priority scheme associated with the project

When creating a new Test Execution from a Test Plan/Test, the Priority Scheme displayed doens't match to the Priority Scheme associated with the Project.

All the values from the Default priority scheme can be selected and in case we use a Priority that doesn't belongs to the Priority Scheme associated with the project, an error message it's displayed and the execution is not created.

Steps to reproduce

Step	Result
Associate a different Priority scheme to the Project
Create new Test Execution
Select a priority that doesn't belongs to the Priority scheme associated with the project (Medium)
An error message is displayed and the executions weren't created
