Creating a second test in the Test Set issue type glitches the screen

When you create two tests in a Test Set issue type, after the creation of the second it gives a screen block, only reverted by refreshing the page.
Replicated in a Jira version 7.12.3 and 3.3.5j7 version of Xray

1. Create a Test Set
2. On Test Set issue create a Test (don't use create another)
3. Wait for confirmation of the creation of the first one
4. Create a second Test
