The link to the Test Execution Defects in the Structure integration goes to a dead link.

The number of defects is correct, but the link is supposed to navigate to the list of issues is a dead link. The link is like this:

http://192.168.56.101/secure/$req.contextPath/secure/IssueNavigator.jspa?reset=true&mode=hide&jqlQuery=issue+in+%28CALC-1090%29

How to reproduce:

1. Setup a Structure with Test Executions and with the column Test Execution Defects
2. The Test Execution must have defects associated.
3. Click on the link to the defects and it will return a 404 error.
