Begin Date and End Date on execution does not validate a correct date format

1. Load a Test Execution issue
2. Click to inline edit the Begin Date or End Date field
3. Enter 99-99-9999
4. Click the tick to commit the value

Expected: The value is rejected as not a valid date
Actual: The value is accepted and saved, see attached.
