subfolders are not created in the destination Board whenever creating a Test Plan from the Test Repository

Whenever using the Test Repository in Flatten view, and picking some Tests from a bunch of subfolders, the subfolders are not created in the destination Board whenever creating a Test Plan. Only the parent folder is created and all Tests are assigned to it.

How to reproduce:

1. go to Test Repository
2. switch to Flat view
3. go to one folder containing subfolders
4. select all Tests under that folder, no matter in which subfolder they are
5. create a Test Plan with those Tests
6. choose to replicate the structuture
7. go to the destination Test Plan's Board 
8. all tests are under the parent folder; no subfolders were created
