As a user, I can choose a Sprint whenever creating a Test Execution using the Xray dialogs

Users should be able to choose a specific Sprint value whenever creating Test Executions using Xray custom dialogs.

ACs:

• Affected screens are:
  • Test Plan - Create Test Execution
  • Test - Create add-hoc Test Execution
• A new Sprint field must be provided on the Create Test Execution.
• The Sprint field must be similar to the Jira Sprint field, a single select with suggestions and search capabilities.
• The Sprint field must be included bellow the Fix Version.
• The Sprint field should inherit the Sprint value from the Test Plan.
• If the selected project is not a Jira software project, or if the Jira instance is not Jira Software this feature has no effect and the field should not appear.
• Whenever change the project to where the Test Execution will be created, the field must be hidden/shown considering the condition above.
