The manual Pre-Condition is getting cucumber validation error message.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click Create Issue Button
2. Select Pre-Condition
3. Name your Pre-Condition (Summary)
4. Go to the Pre-Condition Details tab
5. In the "Conditions" field add a nested list (This field may not be visible, in this case, add it using the "Add Field" option in the top right corner)

* Level 1
** Level 2

6. It will throw an error about the nested list

expected: #EOF, #TableRow, #DocStringSeparator, #StepLine, #TagLine, #ExamplesLine, #ScenarioLine, #ScenarioOutlineLine, #Comment, #Empty, got '** Level 2'
