As a user, I can add comments or descriptions between test steps

Often you want to add comments to the reader of the Test Case or some intermediate description. To enable this there could be a possibility to add a comment/description field with only one column in-between the different Test Steps. See attached image.
Summary of example usages are:

• Add comments in-between test steps as descriptions.
• To group similar test steps of a test case.
• To describe intermediate configuration or set-up needed where there is no expected result, but only a need to change configuration before moving on to the following step(s9.
