Allow configuration of which Test columns appear when viewing a Test Set

When viewing a Test Set, the only columns that appear for the list of Tests in the set are Key and Summary.

It would be really helpful if more columns could be added to the Test Set view, to make managing the tests in the set easier. This could be defined at a system level for a simple implementation, or additionally be customisable at a user level - just like the Issue Navigator columns are.
