When sharing a report url, after validation the front-end should display a message when a parameter is ignored

Currently, if userA shares a url where a saved filter is a parameter, if userB does not have access to that filter, the backend will validate this and the saved filter parameter will be ignored in the report. But the user can still generate the report, thinking what is being presented is in accordance with the shared url.

After validation, if the parameter is ignored, then a message needs to be displayed so the user knows the generated report is not conformed to the shared url.
