As system, I update the Workflow status of Test Execution issues based on the status of Test Runs

Ideally,

• a Test Execution status that passes automatically in progress when at least one Test run has started

• a Test Execution status that passes automatically in resolved when all the Test runs have a final status.

Xray should provide a way to configure these transitions.
