When adding a new Test to an empty Test Execution, the Filters section is not shown

When adding a new Test to an empty Test Execution, the Filters section is not shown.

Currently the best workaround it's simply to refresh the Test page.

Steps to reproduce.

1. Create a new Test Execution
2. Add a Test to it
3. The "FILTERS" section should be displayed, but it's missing (if the page it's refreshed, the section will be visible, as excepted) - see attachment
