When "Ignore Requirements with Status" is used and the issue is in that status, the requirement status bar still appears.

After defining Ignore Requirements with Status "OUT OF SCOPE" and with label "outofscope".

If we change the workflow status to OUT OF SCOPE, the requirement status continues visible.

But when we add the lable "outofscope" the requirement status bar disappears. 

The same behaviour was expected.
