Provide keyboard shortcuts for the execution screen of Test Runs

Whenever executing tests, it's handy and more productive to have keyboard shortcuts for common tasks, namely during the execution of Test Runs.

• go to previous Test (Run)
• go to next Test (Run)
• leave/edit comment
• create defect
• add defect
• add evidence
• PASS (step or overall run)
• FAIL (step or overall run)
• next step
• previous step
• 0 - go to overall/top-level Test Run section
• [1..9] - go to step 1...9
• add Actual Result and possibility to pass to the following Step Actual Result
