Error rendering 'precondition-test-type-custom-field'.

Since Jira 6.3 there is a bug rendering 'precondition-test-type-custom-field'.

From admin screen when selecting "Pre-Condition Type" and then configure we get a render error. See screenshot.

Jira log shows:

The functionality doesn't seem to be affected. I can at least select a new default value.
