Duplicated Xray screens in project

Duplicated Xray screens in project

If the Xray issue types are removed and added back into the same project the screens get duplicated.

How to reproduce:

1. Create a project (not a Xray project)
2. Add Xray issue types using the button "Add Xray Issue Types"
3. Edited the project Issue Types and remove the Xray Issues Types
4. Finally add back Xray issue types using again the button "Add Xray Issue Types"

The screens of the project for the Xray Issue types get duplicated.
