The synchronisation API of cucumber feature files with Xray must provide a way to delete old scenarios

Currently, if scenarios or features are removed, Xray does not delete the corresponding Test issues from Jira.

The cucumber sync endpoint must provide a way to remove these old issues with an explicit parameter.
