The synchronisation API of cucumber feature files with Xray must return the created issues and also the summary of each issue

When synchronising feature files with Xray using the import features REST API endpoint, Xray must return the issue id, key and also the summary. 

This allows clients to update the corresponding feature files with the issue key labels provided by Xray.
