As a user, I can use a filter by Test Repository's folder whenever using the Add Tests dialog

As a user, I can use a filter by Test Repository's folder whenever using the Add Tests dialog in the Test Plan Board.

For this, the user must select the folder from the Test Repository of a project that is already selected in the project field.
